What's in the box.
Every tier includes the platform, the chemistry, the certified dispatch network, and the chain of custody. Higher tiers unlock dispatch frequency, SLA priority, and additional reporting.
One prevented incident, one contract.
Hospitality liability claims and revenue loss from a single bed bug incident in a mid-size hotel are large, well-documented, and well-correlated to social media exposure.
Plain English. Six bullet points.
Standard MSA term. Pilots available for 6- or 12-month engagements before broader rollout.
Annual price escalation tied to CPI, with a 5% hard cap regardless of inflation.
No invoices to chase, no annual lump-sum. Mandate established at MSA signature.
All sensors and gateways remain GreenTech property. Retrieved within 14 working days of contract end.
Within scope of the monitored programme, all dispatched call-outs are included on Standard and Premium tiers — no per-visit charge.
On termination, your full chain-of-custody record exports as CSV, JSON, and PDF within 14 working days.
The pricing questions.
What is the minimum site size?
There is no hard minimum, but the unit economics work best on properties with at least 30 rooms, 10 beds, or one full kitchen. Below that scale, we will recommend a portfolio-level engagement that combines smaller sites under one MSA.
What happens at renewal?
Standard MSA term is 36 months. Annual price escalation is CPI plus 2%, capped at 5%. Renewal happens automatically unless either party gives 90 days' notice.
How are reactive call-outs priced?
On Standard and Premium tiers, reactive call-outs triggered by a Harbourage Risk breach or trap catch are included in the monthly fee. Out-of-scope visits — for example, ad-hoc requests unrelated to the monitored programme — are billed at the published technician rate.
Can we start with a single site?
Yes. We routinely run single-site pilots for hotel chains and care groups before broader rollout. The pilot is structured as a 6- or 12-month engagement and can convert to portfolio terms at the end of the period.
Do you white-label for FM operators?
Yes — GreenTech OS supports white-label deployment for FM intermediaries on a separate channel agreement. Contact us for terms.
