Privacy notice.
Who we are
This privacy notice explains how GreenTech Ltd ("GreenTech", "we", "us") collects and processes personal data in connection with this website and our commercial pest management services. GreenTech Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales, with its registered office in London. We are a Montclair Capital operating company.
For UK GDPR purposes, GreenTech is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For data we process on a client's behalf as part of GreenTech OS — for example, employee records related to site access — we may act as a processor under a data processing agreement, with the client as controller.
What personal data we collect
We collect personal data only where it is necessary for a specific purpose:
- Enquiry data — name, role, company, email, phone number, sector, estate scale, and the content of your enquiry, when you complete the contact form or write to us.
- Subscription data — email address, when you subscribe to GreenTech Insights.
- Account data — name, work email, role, and authentication metadata, where you have a GreenTech OS user account under a client contract.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device type, referrer, pages visited, and cookie identifiers, collected via the website and any analytics tools we use.
- Operational data — site access logs and treatment-record metadata generated by GreenTech OS, where attributable to an individual technician or operator.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. The site and the platform are intended for institutional B2B use.

- Subscription data — until you unsubscribe, plus 12 months.
- Account data — for the duration of the client contract, plus 6 years for accounting and statute-of-limitations purposes.
